What is a Culturally Savvy Ethically Unique Business?

There are several ways that a business could be culturally savvy and ethically unique. It could include the flavour of its heritage or it could provide a superbly honest customer service. It could infuse passion in its products and services or support a cause with its proceeds. It could make an effort to adhere to the teachings of divine faith or have its own core values and social responsibility strategy.

Intercultural competence is highly important for business success in today's multicultural environment. A culturally savvy business not only understands, appreciates and incorporates its own cultural dynamics in business but also communicates effectively and appropriately with people of other cultures.

Ethically unique businesses are designed to make a difference to the world in their own special way. The bottomline of these businesses is governed by core values more than financial statistics. A strong ethical philosophy not only aligns the business with its values, but it also creates a distinct identity and appeal for its niche audiences.
